Apologies
The British tabloid newspaper The Mirror has issued an apology over publishing incorrect information regarding the attendance of the King Of Pop at the birthday celebration of Prince Azim.
The Mirror:“THE Sultan of Brunei’s son, Prince Azim, has told us and we accept that pop legend Michael Jackson wasn’t paid a penny to join him for his 25th birthday celebrations last month, rather than the £5million we said.
Michael, who is a close pal of the Prince, was so keen to go he even covered his own air fares. We only wish the Prince had invited us as well!”

The Sun have also made an apology regrading MJ's attendance at Prince Azim's birthday party
"Prince Azim apology"
WE are happy to make it clear that Michael Jackson was not paid £5million or any other sum for turning up at the birthday party of his friend, the Sultan of Brunei’s son, Prince Azim.
Sorry for suggesting otherwise

Michael Jackson in London
Pop superstar Michael Jackson made a surprise visit to Britain.
Jackson wore black pants, a smart blue-and-white pinstriped shirt and dark sunglasses, and swept through Heathrow Airport with a police escort.
His 3 children, 10-year-old Prince, 9-year-old Paris and five-year-old "Blanket" did not appear to be with him.
The King of Pop waved to fans before being whisked away by minders.
It is believed that Michael Jackson will be meeting with record company executives in London, as well as hooking up with old friend David Gest.
David Gest is currently appearing as a judge on ITV1 show Grease Is The World.
Jackson is becoming a frequent visitor to the UK.
Last time he was in the UK was in March, when he checked into a £3,000-a-night in London's Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel in Knightsbridge. In November he appeared at the World Music Awards to receive a special award, where he also sung a few lines of "We Are The World".
Earlier this week, Jackson's lawyers settled a lawsuit meant to block an auction of the singer's personal belongings. More than 1,000 Jackson family items are going under the hammer at a Las Vegas sale next week, including Jackson's gold disc for his Thriller album.
Part of the confidential settlement was that some of the auction proceeds will now go to charity.

Michael Jackson drops bid to block Vegas auction
Lawyers for Michael Jackson on Friday dropped an effort to block an auction of the pop star's personal belongings and other Jackson family items. Jackson didn't appear in a Las Vegas court where his lawyer told a judge a confidential agreement had been reached with representatives of an auctioneer, the current owner of the materials, and a New Jersey man who claimed a warehouse full of Jackson memorabilia after a failed business venture wound up in bankruptcy court.
"The matter's been resolved," Gregory Cross, a lawyer for Jackson, told Clark County District Court Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez. Lawyers declined to describe terms of the agreement, which settled an April 27 lawsuit. Jackson sought to prevent the auction and force the return of items he claimed were personal property, court documents show. The entertainer also had sought unspecified punitive damages.
Universal Express Inc., the Boca Raton, Fla., luggage transportation company that owns the items, claimed the materials were worth about $50 million, according to court records. Arlan Ettinger, president of Guernsey's auction house of New York, said outside the courtroom that the auction will go on as scheduled May 30-31 at the Hard Rock hotel in Las Vegas.
